Keeping Gig Life Pro a high-quality, professional community is a shared effort:
• Gig Life Pro Team: Sets the rules, enforces guidelines, and makes final decisions. Gig Life Pro actively monitors the platform to ensure a safe environment for all members.
• Members: Engage respectfully, follow the guidelines, and report issues to help maintain a safe, uplifting environment
Gig Life Pro enforces guidelines fairly and proportionally. Members can report concerns, and all enforcement actions are private, documented, and appealable.
We communicate guideline updates clearly and ensure decisions can be reviewed to maintain trust and transparency.
Gig Life Pro makes it easy to report anything that violates our community guidelines, including concerns, harassment, scams, unsafe and/or inappropriate behavior to ensure your safety and protection:
• Reports are to be submitted via email
• Provide evidence where possible (screenshots, links, dates, or context)
• Members are protected from retaliation when reporting in good faith
Once a report is submitted, the Gig Life Pro team reviews it promptly and takes appropriate action to resolve the issue and protect the community.
All reports and enforcement actions are handled confidentially to protect both the reporter and the community.
Gig Life Pro tracks trends and gathers member feedback to continually improve community safety, professional interactions, and the overall member experience. We regularly review our rules and safety measures to keep the community safe, professional, and welcoming.
